Direct hit! Excellent home cooking in the best sense of the word. Very friendly reception with an almost caring, charming reference to the requirement to wear a mask and hand disinfection: and that very consistently. We felt completely comfortable and filled! 😉

Dear Meding family, I will give you 5 stars plus. The food is really great. Always very tasty and also very generous portions. Last we had schnitzel with fresh chanterelles and various potato side dishes. With a fresh, homemade side salad. In addition to Köpi on tap, I have to say that you have a beer on your menu with the Benedectine Wheat, which has become a hit nationwide in recent years. This family-run restaurant is highly recommended even in Corona times. There is enough space as there is a club room and a hall in the house. When the weather is nice, you can just enjoy a snack on the chic terrace. Sky broadcasts and also a bowling alley round off the offer. Please keep it up.

Very nice service and delicious food. I recommend the regional Heidschnucke. A wild sheep. Prices are absolutely fair. Nothing to complain about. With great pleasure again and can only be recommended.

I am thrilled with the aromatic schnitzel and the perfect chanterelle cream sauce! The salad plate was varied and well dressed. On top of that there are also Benedictines on tap. Five stars plus

The time between ordering and serving the food was too long (70 minutes!). The quality of the food was excellent!

It is very cozy here and the staff and owners are really nice. The food is delicious and there is often a greeting from the kitchen

I found it a little bit spiteful there. I found a servant, possibly the boss, rather unfriendly.

New favorite place We only chose the place by chance. Make a stopover for lunch. My wife, me and our almost 12 month old daughter. The food was excellent. There is normal, plain, no-frills cuisine. Normal very well cooked food. Regional Heidschnuck Sülze from the butcher "next door" with perfectly roasted fried potatoes (not too lightly roasted) and homemade tartar sauce. Schnitzel with croquettes and also our own gypsy sauce (we believe) and the salads were also homemade. The schnitzel was not knocked too thin, so I would wish for it more often. The wheat beer was on tap (also rarely in northern Germany). For our child we had our own food, very helpfully we were warmed up without any problems. A high chair was also there. So everything is great. The restaurant is a family business in an older building and is therefore not new modern. That is not meant negatively. The toilets look like freshly renovated and were very clean. There is only one baby changing table. Nice little beer garden under linden trees. The price-performance ratio is very cheap. We were very enthusiastic and we really enjoyed it. We plan the next trip so that we can have lunch there again.

Classic german Schnitzel food. Authentic restaurant.

If you get hungry on the motorway near Dorfmark, turn lights on and off. After 1 km you will find a very friendly couple with a, in the best sense, locally influenced menu. The restaurant, very rustic, was not my cup of tea, but the food is delicious and the prices are fair. Highly recommended!!

Delicious food and the ambience completes the thing. Price very reasonable. Invites you to linger longer with a glass of wine in the evening.

Very nice inn with nice staff. You don't have to wait for food and drinks. The kitchen is simple but all the ingredients are fresh and taste good. Would love to come back!

A nice and enjoyable place to eat. The staff gor a good sense of humour. They made os feel very welcome. The food was great, nicely cooked. They make a schnitzel like it's supposed to be.
